What Overgod knows about your players

Overgod remembers what players do in your world so the story can be about them. It doesn't need to know who they are outside it, and it's built to forget what they type.

What the plugin sends

What the Director keeps

Opting out

Any player can type /overgod optout. From then on the plugin sends nothing about them except that they joined or left. The Director wipes what it remembered, never targets or mentions them, and leaves them out of the Chronicle. /overgod optin undoes it. Every player sees a one-time notice explaining this the first time they join.

What Overgod says

Every line Overgod writes passes local moderation (blocked words, links, emails, phone numbers and real-world references like ages or schools), and optionally a moderation API that fails closed. It never repeats what players typed. Villains can't speak as players.

AI providers

When a world uses the AI storyteller, the in-game situation (players' in-game facts, recent events and the current act) is sent to the model provider to write the next line. Prayer text is included as untrusted input. Worlds over their monthly hours, or without AI, use built-in story recipes and send nothing to a provider.

Your controls

Children

Minecraft servers have younger players. Overgod's default rating is Everyone, it never asks for personal information, and it's built to avoid real-world topics. Paid plans will require the person paying to be an adult.
